We constantly meet and talk with a variety of persons –  each month. Many of them are interested to make a job change, but not actively in search or not in all instances feel they free to apply to…  competition, for instance. So they meet us with the hope we can facilitate their next move.

In the same time we have limited number of recruitment projects at one time and even more, many of these “hot candidates” are not the proper fit for our active  vacancies portfolio. But they are valuable professionals.
