Organizational Development & Music

Music has been on of the prehistoric activities of human species, accompanying our precursors in major life instances. A huge amount of literature points to the power of music in building stronger and more functional communities, in defining cultures, in modeling and exacerbating or on contrary, calming the most intense emotions, which in turn affects the well being of a person and its environment.

We make use of music as a tool to design and deliver creative and targeted workshops for employees, based on experiential learning, organized on topics like: team cohesion, creativity development, interpersonal relations management, performance, discipline, wellbeing etc.
