Development through Music - Corporate

The programs consist of a series of workshops organized for employees of companies or members of communities that have the goal of developing skills necessary for proper functioning and achieving performance. Music is used as a resource, tool and metaphor to provide both a funny, interactive and deeper learning experience.

Competencies that can be improved / trained within the development programs through music:

Duration of a workshop: 1-3 hours, as agreed in advance

Number of participants: 6-14 people

Setup: offline (in Bucharest) at company office, a suitable space outside the office or in other locations in the country –  within learning / team building events
