RUSSIAN COMPOSERS OF THE19th CENTURY. A MUSIC, PLAY & NETWORKING WORKSHOP

Dear music friends, dear networking lovers,

I invite you to the next Music, Play and Networking Workshop (with sparkling wine at the end, as those who have been already know) from October 16, 2024, from 6:30 p.m., at Kultur 21 (Str. Carol Davila 21, Cotroceni ), Bucharest.

This is edition #7 of 9 for the year 2024 (we don’t know if we will continue these editions in 2025)

Each time we come up with a theme-cover to integrate interaction and play coherently. In this edition we will approach, through musical games, the theme of MUSIC AND RUSSIAN COMPOSERS OF THE 19th CENTURY.

After our traveling through various spaces and musical eras during this year in the previous editions,, once we arrived in the 19^th century, is mandatory to understand what is happening in Russia, which begins to take a strong shape on the cultural map of the world during this period. In the absence of this understanding, it would be impossible to continue the musical journey to the modern era, as Russian culture began to communicate much more intensively with the Western one, with mutual influences.

The basic concept is Music – resource for development, environment for interaction and well-being.
