The employing company is a highly reputable and a top player in the office design industry in Romania, with a lengthy history in the market, working with global and local companies as clients, multiple awards winner and in continuous strive to set trends and standards..

 

 

JOB OBJECTIVES:

  • Achieve the sales targets established by the Commercial Director
  • Implement of the commercial policies in order to grow the company’s profit
  • Portfolio expansion by attracting new clients
  • Ensure payment discipline (Collection of receivables)

  Main responsibilities:

  • Market analysis for stay up to date with specific trends
  • Identify and approach new clients
  • Negotiate and close contracts with new clients
  • Maintain and improve the relationship with existing clients
  • Propose and implement specific sales strategies –cross-selling
  • Develop and improve  the activities, techniques and sales processes
  • Suggest ways to optimize forecasts
  • Assure the closing of the projects by following the payments
  • Implement client satisfaction programs
  • Handle client requests and sustain the company’s interests
  • Identify the buildings under construction and introduce the information in the sales data base
  • Improve the relationship with architects, real estate agents and persons from other industries who can offer relevant information
  • Maintain the relations between sales department and other departments in the company, including Construction Department, Design, Sales Support, Logistic

  Candidate Profile:

The type of person we require will be the holder of a university diploma, with work experience, motivated and willing to learn.

 

Skill Set:

Strategic & analytical thinking, coordination skills;

  • Communication and negotiation skills, profit orientation;
  • Tact and diplomacy, empathy;
  • Clear and coherent speech;
  • Client orientation; Sales experience – essential;
  • Sociability, tenacity, dynamic, open minded;
  • PC literate;
  • Full driving license required – Cat.B – mandatory;
  • Excellent English knowledge – mandatory.
