The employing company represents an exclusive importer and distributor of luxury cosmetic brands in Romania.


  • Builds and uses a system of identification training needs according to marketing & sales objectives

  • Identifies training needs through specific means: assessment of sales personnel, in-store visits, formal verification of product knowledge, analysing sales results, identifying changes of the consumers’ behaviour, partners’ requirements

  • Analyse training needs and propose annual training plan (training frequency / year / brand, type of training, tools & materials, budgets)

  • Assures that all the training sessions will be organized within the budgets and respecting the proposed timeline

  • Identifies & negotiates offers with external suppliers (location, catering, special moments etc)

  • Manages the trainig logistics: invitations, sales sheets, accommodation for the participants (if necessary), technical equipment, gifts etc.

  • Sustains the training sessions, respecting the Brand & Company’s strategy

  • Assesses the effectiveness of each training both during the session and after, with efficient follow-up activities, according to sales and marketing objectives

  • Obtains the training materials from the Brand Owner (for brand / product training)

  • Develops training materials from own resources or using third parties (for developing sales competences)

  • Adapts the training materials

  • Ensures that the training materials are efficient, accurate and respect the Brand and Corporate strategy

  • Build a system of relevant KPIs as a tool of measuring the training effectiveness

  • Prepare periodically evaluation of the on field sales personnel

  • Build a database of the trained sales personnel and keep an accurate track of their evolution

Types of training:

  1. Novelties trainings

  2. Induction trainings for new staff

  3. Periodical trainings (refresh the information on catalogue products) for existing staff

  4. Sales competences trainings (customer service, sales techniques profiling, objection handling etc)

  5. In-Store training ( training for 1 specific line that is animated or for which we have a special action)

  6. Hostesses training according to the promo calendar


  • University Degree (preferably Marketing studies)

  • “Train the trainer” course represents an advantage

  • Proven experience in organizing and delivering high quality trainings

  • Previous experience in luxury retail beauty products represents a plus

  • Very good knowledge of English – fluent

  • Ability to use technical equipment during training

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
