For this reason we consider that we cannot entirely promise a recruitment process success until the hiring manager is not ready and equipped with the appropriate knowledge and attitude to handle the meeting with the candidates.

We propose half day (4 hours) or full day (8 hours) interactive program to help and provision managers with reliable skills and tools for the processes of candidates’ assessment and hiring decisions.
